Vistas expand now that Mercury moved into far-reaching Sagittarius overnight.  Our ability to communicate broad stroke concepts becomes easier.  Philosophy, politics and travel may be on our mind.  Consider mystical subjects or symbols that have a deeper significance in our decision making.

But excitement and attraction to love and beauty are also featured when Venus opposes Uranus.  Magnetism is strong, and surprises may be in store.  Retrograde Venus moving back into Libra shifts our perspective. Tap into this unstable energy to ignite a flame of desire.  Mercury also connecting to Uranus prompts quick thinking, although judgment may be skewed a bit.

Nevertheless, the current Sun-Moon phase signals a time to readjust and correct our course.  We may want to reconsider some of the choices we’ve made within the past month.

Passions flow as we work to shake off stagnation and free emotions that may be restricted.  We continue to experience an easy stream of creative personal expression when the Sun forms a minor playful aspect to Pluto.  And an early morning opposition between the Cancer Moon and Pluto works to further release pent up energy.

But momentum picks up throughout the day and flowers when the Moon moves to Leo at 10:42 p.m. ET, energizing our youthful attitude and outlook, and emphasizing a need for affection and adulation.  Shortly following, the Moon confronts Uranus and Venus forming a strong pattern that urges us in earnest to discard our restrictions.  Moreover, we feel the fervor of attraction, especially to an object of beauty or a love interest.

We may feel like we can see for miles when Mercury meets Jupiter.  Relying on concepts rather than specific data will be attractive to us. Regardless of our hot pursuit of an idea, we will need to provide the research necessary to support our claim.  Our unwillingness to yield will give us the energy to do the necessary ground work.

Furthermore, a mild confrontation between Mars and Saturn encourages us to do what needs to be done to achieve our goal.   We’ll do the dirty work necessary to further our progress.

The Cancer Moon opposition to Saturn may put us in a somber mood, where we choose to reflect on our course of action.  But later, a fortunate trine between the Sun and Moon gives us the all-clear signal to move forward with ease.

Weekend Planetary Energy Report for October 27 – 28, 2018

Saturday 

We are better able to meet our responsibilities directly when the Sun forms an easy aspect to Saturn. Even if we have much to do, accomplishing our tasks willingly feels effortless.

But the Gemini Moon confronting Neptune and Uranus and forming an uncomfortable connection to Venus flames a need from within to make our dreams come true, sooner rather than later.  Impatience could become an issue.   But try to stick with what’s familiar and comfortable.

Instead, shift our focus to appreciation of ideas that are beautifully expressed.  Value the well-written and spoken word and go for quality over quantity.

Sunday 

The current Sun-Moon phase encourages us to spread the news and communicate what we’ve discovered and know to be true to a broad audience.  We’re influenced by a need to grow beyond our boundaries.

But the Gemini Moon finding some discomfort with Mercury and Jupiter may muddy our communiques, possibly causing our message to be misunderstood or not taken in the context in which it was meant.

The Moon moving to Cancer at 7:27 p.m. ET, though, prompts us to retreat into our protective shell and draw in our message for further review.  Once we’ve regrouped our reflexes kick in and we reorient ourselves with purpose.

Personal appeal is strong.  Attracting affection and seeking appreciation is a priority when the Sun meets Venus.  A vividly romantic vibe is also present when both the Sun and Venus form unstable minor aspects to Neptune.  We may find ourselves on a quest for perfection and may be hesitant to stop until we reach our goal.

Moreover, the game is on and excitement builds.  Action and the thrill of being in the fray is stimulating when Mars makes a fun-loving aspect to Uranus.

We should be able to keep a lid on becoming too aggressive, though, while Mercury is in a caring aspect to Saturn.  We would rather find solutions to matters rather than fight it out.

In addition, the Moon’s move to Gemini at 3:41 p.m.  ET helps us communicate and bridge understanding.  We’re flexible and may come up with novel solutions.  Earlier oppositions to Mercury and Jupiter encourage a broad-minded approach and increased understanding.

A more soothing day in store as we begin to process the full impact of yesterday’s energy flow.  Exercise capacity to grasp ideas and see from a new perspective.  Try to understand whether we have changed from one day to the next, and how.

The Taurus Moon forms an easy aspect to Neptune midday, helping us connect to our ideals.  Look for outlets to express appreciation for the goodness we feel.   And later, work hard to achieve what we seek to establish while the Moon confronts Mars.

An easy connection between the Moon and Pluto allows us to express our feelings with great emotion.  We can become passionate about a situation and yet, do so with calm reserve.

Powerful surprises are in store in rapid succession, beginning with the Moon’s move to Taurus at 10:49 a.m. ET.   For the most part, Taurus will serve to ground us for what may be in store.  When the Moon meets Uranus at 11: 31 a.m. ET it may seem as if a metaphoric rumbling beneath our feet is taking place, generating unstable energy that may prompt spontaneous, erratic or impulsive behavior.  Moreover, yesterday’s Sun opposition to Uranus is also still in range, adding to the instability.

About an hour later, the Full Moon in Taurus occurs at 12:45 p.m. ET, events culminate, and a situation comes to a head.  Our actions are infused with meaning and purpose and we move forth boldly.  We may still feel wobbly, but the steady Taurus Moon provides some stability and balance.

Look to traditions to ground us further, especially this evening when the Moon opposes Venus and trines Saturn. We may find it helpful to tap into what’s familiar based on our past and quietly contemplate our situation.  Venus also making an easy aspect to Saturn gives us a sobering and realistic take on love and a true look at who we trust and respect.  Respond to the needs of one another in a genuine capacity.

Furthermore, Venus involved in minor connections with Jupiter and Mars draws us to dedication and loyalty in love.  Indulge and take comfort in larger and dramatic forms of beauty, rich textures and qualities.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for October 23, 2018

The stew of life thickens for the next month when the Sun moves to Scorpio.  We dive into the quiet and deep waters of emotion, seeking what’s complex and intuitive.  We’re better able to sniff out the real deal and have strong, immediate reactions to people, places and things.  But try to keep some objectivity, if only to allow one another the benefit of the doubt.

Moreover, the Sun opposing Uranus generates spontaneous behavior.  Rip up the script and improvise.  A need for freedom is apparent.  But added impulsive behavior may lead to instability, though, so take care when operating machinery or other equipment.

In addition, he Aries Moon making an easy connection to Mars and confronting Pluto intensifies emotional responses.  The screws tighten a bit more and we find ourselves reaching for the release valve.

Look for opportunities to work within our communities to make positive changes when Mars forms a gentle connection to Jupiter, though.  Focusing attention in these areas will help us find a positive outlet for strong energy flows.

The Moon moves to Aries during early morning hours beginning our week with a head of steam.  We have the pioneering energy to blast through the fog we may have experienced for the past couple days.

A more serious tone colors our mood, though.  Take time to contemplate our decisions when the Moon confronts Saturn.  Our will is strong and following the crowd does not appeal to us.  Seek freedom and find our sense of purpose.

Our vision is of something greater than what is immediately apparent.  We appreciate work done with the mastery of experts when Jupiter forms a disciplined connection to Uranus.

Present ideas with conviction and remove superfluous information from our presentation.  We are better able to sift through what’s unnecessary to get to what’s real while Mercury is involved with Pluto and Saturn.

Weekend Planetary Energy Report for October 20 – 21, 2018

Passions are sparked.  We’re looking for new outlets to imprint our unique style.  Well-articulated thoughts that weave a fantasy of beauty and luxury are expressed while mid-points and minor aspects between a combination of the Sun, Venus, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter are triggered.

Moreover, we’re concerned with carrying on tradition and will emotionally align ourselves with our dreams or ideals when the Pisces Moon meets Neptune this evening.

The last stage Sun-Moon connection before next week’s Full Moon encourages us to examine matters from all angles and attempt to perfect our technique.
