Opinions fly, but we can see other side of story…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 8, 2019

Retrograde Mercury meets Mars in Leo again, and with that, there’s a good chance we will be more opinionated than we normally are.  Rehashing a topic that was discussed before is likely, and letting everyone know our point of view is important.  Choose words carefully since this topic will come up at least one more time when Mercury is direct again later this month.

But the Moon’s shift into Libra brings some balance to our words and deeds.  Even though we hold fast to our opinion, we may still see the other side of the story.

Expect some pleasant surprise when Venus is sextile Uranus.  We want to stir the pot and make something happen.  But even though we seek excitement with the Sun uncomfortable with Jupiter, we may feel a bit deflated when a situation seems more difficult than it should be.

Nevertheless, we’re comfortable talking about ourselves and have an interest in other people’s stories when the Libra Moon is sextile Mercury.  But the Moon misaligned with Uranus may bring about a situation in a way we didn’t expect or desire.  Sticking with tradition may prove to be the easiest path when the Moon confronts Venus

Weekend Planetary Energy Report for July 6 – 7, 2019

The Moon moves to Virgo just after midnight, refocusing our attention on our immediate surroundings.  Tidy up and clear our thinking in order to prepare for Sunday’s retrograde Mercury period to begin in earnest.

The Moon finds other aspects throughout the day that offer a time for introspection and remembering traditions.  Some excitement may stir as well as the Moon gets comfortable with Uranus.  But misalignment with Pluto may generate some tension around noon ET.  Nevertheless, the Sun and Moon cozy with one another help us get comfortable in our own skin.

We may try too hard to reach our dream and what we hold as ideal when Mars forms an uncomfortable connection to Neptune.  Feeling as if we must achieve something bigger is our motivation, but we may feel stuck as if in quick sand.

Moreover, Mercury begins its three-week retrograde period, and our plans may feel even further behind than they did before.  Instead of discouragement, though, use this time to rethink our approach and process for achieving our goals.  We may need to review and revise where necessary.  In some cases, there might be a need to start again.

The Virgo Moon connecting in both easy and challenging aspects throughout the day puts us in a mood to play, and builds excitement to roll up our sleeves and make necessary changes.

Break through, test waters…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 5, 2019

The Leo Moon connects to five planets and later makes its first Crescent stage Sun-Moon aspect, after the New Moon-Solar eclipse, presenting a time to break through and test the waters. We may feel some ties to the past, but nevertheless, we strive to act on opportunities and ideas.

Welcome diversity and share our soul as the Moon makes a fortunate early morning connection to Jupiter and mildly confronts Venus.  But the Moon also uncomfortable with Saturn, Neptune and Pluto compels us to align with our spiritual mission, even though we may not see this clearly.

We strive to achieve something big as we work on a large canvas.  Our attempts at something grand drives us, but our efforts may not pay off in expected ways while Mars forms an uncomfortable connection to Jupiter. Nevertheless, we buckle down and apply discipline and maturity to our efforts.

Our love of innovative art, literature or beauty propels us onward, though.  We may be bored by that which lacks originality.  Avoid mental stagnation as Mercury forms an unstable connection to Venus.  We may seek to connect to an ideal spiritual vision.

The Leo Moon meeting Mercury and confronting Uranus this morning prompts us to be thoughtful, but also to behave in unconventional ways.  Shake free from our restrictions and follow our instincts.

Work to keep the wonder alive…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 3, 2019

Work to keep the wonder of ideas alive while Mercury forms an uncomfortable connection to Neptune.  But a been-there-done-that attitude may creep in regardless, if we’re not watchful.

Nevertheless, we’re hyper and full of energy, even though the Cancer Moon serves to help calm our jangled nerves.  Opposing Saturn and Pluto, and forming a fortunate aspect to Neptune, the Moon’s energy serves to strip us down to the core of what’s real, encouraging us toward a spiritual ideal.  Moreover, Venus moving to Cancer emphasizes our sentimental side, and the rich feelings that accompany our traditions.

We may snap out of our reverie later, though, when the Moon moves to Leo.  Feeling free with a youthful me-first attitude signals it’s time to let loose and have some teenage fun!

Get a fresh lease on life during this New Moon-Solar Eclipse in Cancer at 3:16 p.m. ET.  Use this robust time frame to stake out a claim and project the self we want to be into our present.  Live and trust in the moment, yet put some thought on setting goals and planning ahead.   Trust that instincts will guide us and act on intuition.  Importantly, learn about who we are and the impression we want to make in the world.

Focus attention on home, family, or those nearest and dearest while Moon is in Cancer.  Ensure our protective cocoon is in place in order to grow successfully.

Withdraw into protective shell…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 1, 2019

As the Moon finishes travel through Gemini, we have a full day of connecting to what gives our lives meaning, brings excitement and some intensity, and reconnects us with long-held traditions.  And with Mars moving to Leo, we march on with a flourish, setting a proud, magnanimous tone as we go about our business and achieve.

Nevertheless, Venus forms a disciplined septile to Uranus generating some calm and a need to find soulful connections to what we love and are attracted to.

But later we may feel as if we hit a speed bump as the Moon’s transition into Cancer at 9:24 p.m. ET, pulls us closer to home and we feel more comfortable withdrawing into our protective shell to nest with those nearest and dearest.
