Winter Solstice ushers in new phase…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 21, 2019

We enter a new phase as the Sun moves to Capricorn close to midnight marking the Winter Solstice.  We may find it easier now to work within a structure and see the world objectively.  Wear the uniform of the role we want to play and allow our ambition to translate into success.

In the meantime, the Moon shifts gears moving into Scorpio at 7:57 a.m. ET, and a richness and depth is introduced adding dimension to the tapestry of the season. This deep and emotional position for the Moon allows us to delve into waters that may have previously been unexplored.  Along with minor and somewhat extreme aspects between the Sun and Pluto, and Venus and Jupiter, we are heavily invested in our undertaking.  Our mission to succeed is strong and success may feel rich and expansive.

In addition, the Moon forming aspects to five planet and the Sun generates hope, reliance on tradition, surprises and connections with one another.  Enjoy grand plans!

Changes are stirring…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 20, 2019

Changes are stirring as Venus moves to Aquarius today at 1:41 a.m. ET and we get ready for the Winter Solstice on Saturday marking the Sun’s move to Capricorn. A progressive and modern approach to love and beauty replaces the previous formalized style.  An unconventional attitude generates a need for intellectual rapport and a desire for emotional freedom and experimentation. Moreover, a need for romance stirs us as Venus mildly confront Neptune.

And as Jupiter and Neptune meet in a creative bond, we seek the exotic and enjoy fantasy.  We seek a new horizon and may find it on our journey. Moreover, a new point of view captures our attention as we leave our old ways and come up with a new standard while Mercury is unstable with Saturn.

Nevertheless, the Libra Moon confronting Saturn and Pluto generates a desire to get to the bare essentials of a matter and lay bare the intensity of starkness we may feel.

Willpower is heightened…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 19, 2019

Self-discipline is featured so using willpower to refrain from undesirable behavior is easier now while Mars is sextile Saturn.  Work steadily toward matters that are practical and substantive. The Sun forming a minor connection to Saturn supports this theme adding a layer of honesty and integrity to our actions. Eschew glamour for the real deal.

Meanwhile a confrontation between Mercury and Neptune allows us to capture the awe and wonder of the season.  Our enthusiasm is contagious as we rediscover all that’s special in everyday life.

Nevertheless, tension might creep in when Saturn forms a strict aspect to Uranus, so be vigilant and find channels to diffuse pent up energy.  But the Moon moves into Libra this morning at 5:05 a.m., encouraging us to keep poise and harmony in all we do.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 18, 2019

The Virgo Moon opposing Neptune starts us off in a dreamy mood.  And with the Moon forming an awkward connection to Uranus we may feel blindsided by surprises.  But easy and fortunate aspects between Mars, Saturn and Pluto will help us focus our energy and get the job done efficiently and in expeditious fashion.  We are evaluating whether we want to go further with existing projects during this last quarter Sun-Moon phase.  Look at our progress closely and see where we are at with our efforts.

Underlying themes encourage us to give back to the community and share our dreams for our future.  We have energy to burn and restless energy will make it challenging to sit still.  Connect ideas and allow original insights help us with our pursuits.

Tidy our surroundings…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 17, 2019

The Moon to Virgo at 2:16 a.m. ET encourages us to get organized and find our footing once again. Focus on immediate surroundings and tidy up our mental and emotional attitude as well.  And as the Virgo Moon wends itself through our day, we may feel an extra shot of buoyancy to start when Luna forms a fortunate grand trine with Uranus and Jupiter.  Use extra oomph to make a positive connection to one another and solidify our big and exciting ideas.

As the day proceeds, though, complications may occur when the Moon makes some uncomfortable aspects to Saturn, Pluto and Venus.  We may go in a different direction than expected as we attempt to separate our feelings from the reality of a situation.

Nevertheless, a minor community-based connection between Mercury and Pluto elevates our interest in the psychology of a situation and our awareness of human nature may open doors to new understanding.

We are compelled to reach for the brass ring when Mars mildly confronts Jupiter and we are confident the power lies within ourselves to bring the matter to a successful conclusion. Hard work comes easily as the Leo Moon confronts Mars, but we really won’t feel as if our work is burdensome when the Sun and Moon are comfortable with one another during a Sun-Moon trine.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 15, 2019

We strive to experience the freedom and carefree feelings we desire when Jupiter is trine Uranus.  Excitement, hi-jinks and big fun are on our list of things to do so step into our day with gusto.  An inventive and creative mind leads the way as we see the world from a new and fresh point of view.

Meanwhile, look for solutions and find a natural resolution to problems that we have pondered. Mercury mildly confronting Venus pushes us to express ideas in a beautifully crafted manner, even though concepts may not develop as expected.

Moreover, the Leo Moon squaring Uranus during early morning hours may generate some restlessness, and the Sun and Moon phase encourages us to spread the good news of our adventure.  Later the Moon forming an easy trine to Mercury sparks our interest in one another.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 14, 2019

Excitement continues to build as minor, unstable aspects inject some instability, along with a desire to move beyond average and feel special. The Sun and Mercury involved with Uranus and Neptune generate an underlying buzz of hyper energy.  Tap into vivid imagination, and be inspired by psychic impressions.

But the Cancer Moon opposing Saturn and Pluto this morning brings us to stark reality, helping us strip away all our emotional baggage and bring us to the reality of our feelings.  Take time for meditation, and use the intensity to bring us to new levels of understanding.

Once we regain our emotional footing, we can use tradition to introduce us back to our comfort zone when the Moon opposes Venus. As we near midnight ET, the Moon moves into Leo refreshing us and generating a youthful and self-focused view of the world.  We’re back to our old selves by then and on familiar emotional ground.

The excitement builds as we form a lovely grand trine among the Cancer Moon with Mars and Neptune, and while Jupiter nears a trine with Uranus.  We are reaching for what is special in our lives and won’t be satisfied with living a humdrum existence any longer.

Moreover, deep emotions rise to the surface when Venus meets Pluto. We’re passionate and possibly compulsive about matters related to love, beauty, attraction or money.  Our deepest feelings may be revealed now, so understanding this will help us channel our emotions accordingly.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for December 12, 2019

The Full Moon in Gemini occurring just after midnight ET helps us close the loop on communication and projects that require us to understand and relay big picture developments. We’ve worked hard and may finally see concrete results from our efforts.

And with the help of Mercury mildly challenging Saturn, we are better able to sift through irrelevant information to get to the true nature of the issue.  And better yet, when Mercury forms a minor connection to Jupiter, this will assist us to better understand the special and unique nature of our matter.

But our drum will beat in discipline rhythms as we look for the romance that makes us feel alive. We settle a bit by evening when the Moon moves to Cancer at 6:23 p.m. ET.  Gather with those nearest and dearest and enjoy the comfort of home, if only metaphorically.
