Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 15, 2020

Uranus the planet of surprises, begins its retrograde motion until it turns direct in January 2021. We may not experience anything significant, really, but continuing on a path we’re on, especially regarding the changes we are making take on added importance.

Mercury touching a midpoint between Neptune and Pluto generates a driving need to find meaning in our lives. We are compelled to follow a dream and unwilling to give up until we’ve accomplished what we set out to do. And our willingness to leave nothing undone is also apparent, especially as we’re able to control and hone our spontaneity into sharp focus.

But the Cancer Moon meeting with Venus maintains our interest in connecting with loved ones, and during this last Sun-Moon phase before next week’s New Moon, we are in the final stages of wrapping up a situation and working to understand the meaning of what we’ve been through. Surprising developments are possible later when the Moon gets comfortable with Uranus.

Express buoyant emotions…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for February 27, 2020

The Aries Moon challenging Jupiter during early morning hours prompts buoyant emotions and big responses. And a mild confrontation with Mercury signals an increase in communication. Open discussion and bring topics to light. By midday a personal touch is featured when the Moon meets Venus, and a loving approach based on tradition feels natural.

But a slow-moving connection between Uranus and Neptune seeks illumination to topics that have been on our hearts. We may acknowledge a sense of revelation or awakening, and sensitivity to a higher need. Disconnection from material concerns is featured.

Moreover, we may experience a breakthrough under the current Sun-Moon phase as the first shoots of green begin to come through. Nurture the ideas and projects that are viable and allow others to pass. The Moon confronting Pluto and Saturn also encourages this theme, helping identify all that can survive the test.

Dynamic bonds loosening…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for May 17, 2018

Although we continue to feel the dynamic energy from yesterday’s exact confrontational aspect between Mars and Uranus, the bonds are loosening, and thoughtful, playful emotional responses can alleviate some tension as the Gemini Moon connects in one way or another to six planets before transitioning to Cancer early this evening.

The Moon meeting with Venus this afternoon generates a desire to connect to traditions that have meaning to us. We seek to align ourselves with rituals or styles that signify a group with whom we identify. Later an easy pairing with Uranus generates pleasant surprises. But the Moon making an awkward connection to Mars may cause us to work harder than we need to.

We feel more settled now than we have in the last few days when the Moon moves to Cancer at 5:47 p.m. ET. The insular shell of home and those nearest and dearest helps us recharge.
