The Sun forming a stressful connection to Mars may add to our need to accomplish something tangible, and the Aquarius Moon squaring Mars supports hard work and robust energy.

Understand how we fit into a bigger organization and what our vital role is as part of a whole, and not just operating alone as an island unto ourselves. By gaining a larger perspective our ability to work more effectively and with satisfaction is increased.
