An intense opposition between the Cancer Moon and Pluto may ignite early morning passionate outbursts, but a few hours later, a comfortable sextile between the Moon and Mercury encourages us to communicate our feelings.

Nevertheless, the Moon moves to royal Leo at 9:09 a.m. ET, offering a time to be generous with affection. Give loyalty where due, and shine in the spotlight of attention.

But as Uranus begins it five month-long retrograde period this morning, we may be in store for surprises that stem from terrain we thought we had already crossed. Be ready to revisit matters that have resurrected and taken a surprising twist.

And by this afternoon, we are motivated to get moving and get the job done when the Moon is sextile Mars.

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 19, 2021

The Sun opposing Jupiter indicates a goal or vision may come to fruition now, or gain momentum, and recognition — regardless of whether if it is positive or negative. Risk taking and extravagance are likely.

Nevertheless, highflying progress may take a step backward when Uranus begins its retrograde motion. An agenda of far-reaching ideas may be revised at this time and revamped to fit a new narrative. Until January 29, 2022, the momentum of change may feel as if it’s stuck and a review is in order.

But an early-morning pleasant connection between the Capricorn Moon to Uranus and later an easy aspect to Neptune generates excitement as we expectantly consider reaching our idealized vision, and a meeting with Pluto may propel us onward, albeit with an increase potential of emotional outburst.

Changes take on added importance

Daily Planetary Energy Report for August 15, 2020

Uranus the planet of surprises, begins its retrograde motion until it turns direct in January 2021. We may not experience anything significant, really, but continuing on a path we’re on, especially regarding the changes we are making take on added importance.

Mercury touching a midpoint between Neptune and Pluto generates a driving need to find meaning in our lives. We are compelled to follow a dream and unwilling to give up until we’ve accomplished what we set out to do. And our willingness to leave nothing undone is also apparent, especially as we’re able to control and hone our spontaneity into sharp focus.

But the Cancer Moon meeting with Venus maintains our interest in connecting with loved ones, and during this last Sun-Moon phase before next week’s New Moon, we are in the final stages of wrapping up a situation and working to understand the meaning of what we’ve been through. Surprising developments are possible later when the Moon gets comfortable with Uranus.
