Daily Planetary Energy Report for September 5, 2022

Just after midnight ET, Venus moves to Virgo encouraging a quiet devotion and show of affection through loving kindness and deeds. But the Capricorn Moon connecting to five planets and the Sun through the course of the day prompts some discomfort during very early morning hours, where we feel a strong need for freedom from constraints.

And when the Moon confronts both Jupiter and Mercury forming a close-enough T-square, we push ourselves to make a big statement. But our emotions may go awry when the Moon finds some upset with Mars as we attempt to work hard, without the benefit of desired results.

Regardless, we can learn from our efforts when the Sun is trine the Moon, and we feel comfortable with ourselves and the world around us.

Beautify surroundings in orderly, streamlined manner…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 21, 2021

We may feel more meditative and receptive to higher forms of inspiration under a slower moving disciplined septile between Uranus and Neptune. Take time to reflect on what’s important, and look for the answers we seek. Moreover, the Sagittarius Moon confronting Neptune supports our process, and an easy trine to Mars encourages us to take action.

By evening, we are comfortable with our choices when the Moon forms a trine to Venus, and the Moon moves to Capricorn at 6:36 p.m. ET. There’s still more work we can accomplish and we are ready and willing to move forward, especially in a big way when the Moon gets comfortable with Jupiter.

And when Venus moves to Virgo at 8:37 p.m., we are ready to beautify our surroundings, and nearly everything we see, in an orderly and streamlined manner.

Feelings become bigger and bolder…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for October 2, 2020

Feelings and emotional expression become bigger and bolder throughout the day as the Moon moves through headstrong Aries and connects to Jupiter, Pluto and Mars. The overt energy may rub some the wrong way, nevertheless, we will feel more confident in the views we express.

But a tempering energy is also introduced when Venus moves to Virgo at 4:48 p.m. ET, and for a few weeks a faithful and devoted tone is set. Service to one another is encouraged, and some of the small niceties are reintroduced.

Some missteps may occur, though, when the Sun is uncomfortable with Uranus. Impulsive actions might become an issue.

Emotional stability returns…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for Wednesday, August 21, 2019

The Moon and Venus change gears this morning, shifting into earth signs and thereby offering some stability to our emotional state. The Moon moves to grounded Taurus generating a dharmic quality to our feelings. We’re apt to allow a natural unfolding of events to occur as we feel steady on our feet. And with Venus now in Virgo, our aesthetic sensibilities take on softer, muted tones. Our approach to love and money may become more reserved and thereby we may be better able to tidy up our situation.

Our thoughts are big, though, when Mercury is trine Jupiter. Learn and expand our mental horizons. Appreciate philosophies and welcome views different than our own. Consider making plans for a trip, or allow our imagination to wander. But Mercury also experiencing some discomfort with Saturn will help us stay anchored so travel too far from home is unlikely.

Nevertheless, we’re itching to do something new and different when the Moon meets with Uranus this afternoon. Surprises or sudden changes to our plans are possible.

Mental energy abounds…

Daily Planetary Energy Report for July 9, 2018

Our minds feel stimulated by Mercurial energy when the Moon shifts into Gemini at 12:58 p.m. ET, and Venus moves to Virgo later this evening.

With Mercury as the ruling planet of each sign, our need to connect the dots and think through our emotional needs before we react is likely. We may avoid heavy emotional topics in favor of rational approach. A cerebral mood finds us spending more time in our head than we anticipated. And quiet devotion helps us show by doing rather than acting.

Moreover, Mercury confronting Jupiter generates a broad perspective. We can see the big picture easily now and are better able to frame our thoughts accurately.

The Gemini Moon confronting Venus this afternoon allows us to experience our traditions and find a connection to our cultural values. The current Sun-Moon phase helps us prepare to tie up our current projects and to start again under Thursday’s New Moon.
